CHALLENGE: Our challenges for Expedia were several. Rework a hidden gem (Travel Ads) to make it more of a key service for advertisers to promote their ads across the Expedia network. Next up was a robust Direct Mail campaign announcing the new VIP rewards of the Elite Plus program. And finally move the ad banner experience on Expdia.com to a more “experience rich” environment.
SOLUTION: Travel Ads Website: We rebuilt the Travel Ads site with a much-improved navigation and search function. We wrapped some great creative designs around a .Net solution that was able to localize the content based on the users IP address. The roll out of the new site increased traffic by 30 percent!
