CHALLENGE: There was a desire to bring fresh ideas and creativity to one of Seattle's most well-known events, Seattle Start-Up Week. This event celebrates the successful Startup culture found throughout the city and is help city-wide. Thousands of attendees, hundreds of speakers, engage with the Startup Week Brand. All new and creative ideas needed to align with the national “Startup Week” Brand.
SOLUTION: RocketDog developed a completely new look for the event, leveraging the Techstars Startup family of colors. We landed on "Empowering Entrepreneurs" as the theme. The overall direction of the design incorporated the flavors of Seattle vibrancy of orange and yellow blend. In addition to designing the overall look of the event, RocketDog delivered a complete suite of materials. This suite included collateral, event signage, integrated advertising campaigns for both print and digital channels, as well as social media assets. Not only was the work created recognized and used as the "keystone" for design and branding materials among the other Startup Weeks, but it was also considered the best in years by the corporate sponsors like CHASE and eBay. We'll call that a win!
