CHALLENGE: Lincoln Canada was looking for a way to bridge national brand presence with hyper-local dealership results. This initiative required compliance with strict privacy and technical standards, seamless CRM integration, and tight coordination across 91 retailers. SOLUTION: RocketDog partnered with Hudson Rouge and Empringham Media Group to develop a seamless, high-performance lead delivery platform. The strategy used Facebook and Instagram paid ads with native, “in-ad” lead forms that captured key information like name, email, and postal code. Once submitted, the system instantly routed each lead to the appropriate local dealer based on zip code—no middleman, no delay.
To support optimization, we also built a comprehensive campaign dashboard that tracked performance across every stage—impressions, clicks, and lead submissions—giving the national marketing team and local retailers unmatched visibility and control.
To create a national campaign that felt personal at the local level, we designed a frictionless user flow that started with precision-targeted media. Ads were placed across Facebook and Instagram, using native lead forms to eliminate the need for external landing pages. This allowed prospects to engage directly within the platform, boosting completion rates and improving data quality. Behind the scenes, our custom platform instantly routed leads based on postal code, delivering each one to the correct retailer’s CRM. Carousel ads showcased multiple vehicles or value props in a single swipeable unit. Stories and Reels formats were used to capture attention quickly and reinforce brand presence in an immersive, mobile-first format. For audiences seeking more depth, we deployed video ads that emphasized Lincoln’s sanctuary-focused brand narrative with strong calls to action. Every touchpoint was purpose-built to reduce friction, build trust, and encourage users to take the next step.
The campaign didn’t just meet expectations—it shattered them. With 100% enrollment from all 91 Lincoln retailers across Canada, the solution proved its scalability and value from day one. Lead volume came in at over 400% above the original goal, with real-time CRM delivery ensuring no opportunity was missed. Dealers received high-quality, localized leads without needing to change a single thing about their day-to-day operations. The national marketing team gained a centralized, data-rich view of campaign performance—making it easier than ever to adjust creative, shift budgets, and demonstrate ROI.
