CHALLENGE: EvergreenHealth had the size, reputation, and quality to be a dominant player in the regional healthcare market, yet they weren’t top-of-mind for many in their own community. Public perception was largely tied to their strong maternity program, overshadowing their extensive offerings in urgent care, specialty medicine, and advanced treatments. Their 3,500+ page website made it difficult for patients to find critical information quickly, creating a fragmented user experience.

At the same time, attracting top physicians, nurses, and specialists was increasingly competitive. Evergreen needed to appeal to both patients and potential employees, while introducing their brand to new audiences in areas where urgent care clinics were opening. The challenge was to unify the brand under a single, compelling story and deliver it consistently across every channel.


SOLUTION:
RocketDog developed an integrated brand and marketing program anchored by “Breakthrough Care”—a theme reflecting both Evergreen’s innovative treatments and compassionate service. We began with a complete site overhaul, streamlining the architecture from 3,500+ to under 2,000 pages based on Google Analytics insights. High-priority actions like urgent care hours, appointment scheduling, and bill pay were placed front and center in a clean, mobile-first UI/UX.

At the same time, we launched a multi-channel ad campaign spanning billboards, magazines, transit, digital, and email—each reinforcing the Breakthrough Care message. On the recruitment side, we built an employer brand campaign with targeted ads, career-specific landing pages, and authentic employee stories. The result: a 40% increase in traffic, improved brand perception, and a stronger reputation as a trusted healthcare provider for every stage of life.
